Afghanistan says hit by Pakistani airstrikes again

KABUL, March 13 (Xinhua) -- Afghan government spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid said early Friday that Afghanistan had once again been subjected to airstrikes by Pakistan.

Mujahid posted on the social media platform X that, continuing previous attacks, Pakistani forces carried out bombings in several areas in Afghanistan, including Kabul, Kandahar, Paktia, and Paktika.

He asserted that in some locations, civilian houses were targeted, resulting in the deaths of women and children, while in other places, empty desert areas and uninhabited regions were struck.

He also said that the Pakistan Air Force struck a fuel depot belonging to the private airline Kam Air near Kandahar International Airport.
