KABUL, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- At least three children were killed and three others, including a woman, injured in a Pakistani airstrike in eastern Afghanistan's Khost province, a local official said Thursday.
The airstrike was carried out on Wednesday night in Sourkakh area of Sapiray district, where a Pakistani drone targeted a residential house. Three children were killed on the spot, and three others, including a woman, sustained injuries, said Shah Hussain Masjidi, the provincial director of information and culture.
