According to a provincial government statement, the initiatives have focused on strengthening local infrastructure, including the construction and rehabilitation of main and secondary roads, retaining walls, culverts, small dams, and water supply networks.

The statement further noted that an additional 131 million afghanis (around 2.05 million dollars) in development projects are currently underway across the province. These ongoing efforts are expected to be completed soon, contributing to sustained regional growth and enhanced community resilience.
