Largest brewer closes Budweiser deal

The world's largest brewer, InBev, has informed the market it has completed its $52 billion takeover of Anheuser-Busch.
The new company, named Anheuser-Busch InBev, will be headed by InBev CEO Carlos Brito.
InBev has promised to keep Anheuser-Busch's St. Louis premises as the company's North American base but will house the rest of the brewery at Leuven, Belgium.
The Belgian-Brazilian takeover of Anheuser-Busch has ended 150 years of family rule at the American company which produces Budweiser beer.
