Kabul's Diplomatic Quarter Rocked By Blast

A bomb attached to a military vehicle has exploded in the diplomatic quarter of Kabul, one day before the inauguration of a new president was due to take place. Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish said a magnetic bomb was attached to the vehicle on the morning of September 28 and exploded in Zanbaq Square, near the presidential compound. Danish said only the driver was injured and no one was killed.
